When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Atelier Yvicor reserves the right to accept or reject orders for any reason. Orders are not accepted until confirmed by us.
We may refuse orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, fraud suspicion, or technical limitations.
You may return or exchange purchases only in accordance with our refund policy.
You confirm that purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.
SECTION 3.1 – CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-MEASURE PRODUCTS
Atelier Yvicor offers handmade and custom-made products.
In accordance with Article 103(c) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
Therefore, custom garments, tailoring services, modifications, and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Atelier Yvicor.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING
Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the one shown at the time of purchase.
All prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
We may offer promotions with separate terms that override these Terms in case of conflict.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and keep it updated.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for shipping delays. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the goods are delivered to the customer or their designated recipient.

All content (logos, images, designs, text, videos, etc.) is owned by Atelier Yvicor or licensed and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

We may provide third-party tools without warranties or responsibility. Use is at your own risk.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party websites or their content or policies.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
We operate using Shopify technology, but all purchases are made directly with Atelier Yvicor. Shopify is not responsible for transactions.

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 – COMMENTS
By submitting reviews, you grant us permission to use them for promotional purposes. You are responsible for your content.
