📦 Preparation times
- In-stock items: 1 to 3 business days
- Made-to-measure or custom items: 5 to 15 business days (depending on the design and atelier workload)
We always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible without compromising the artisanal quality of each garment.
🚚 Delivery times
Once the order has been shipped, transit times are as follows:
- Mainland Spain: 24 – 72 business hours
- Balearic Islands: 2 – 4 business days
- Europe: 3 – 7 business days (approx.)
- Rest of the world: 3 – 7 business days (approx.)
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons (sales, campaigns, Christmas, etc.).
💌 Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Free shipping on orders over €100 for shipments within Spain.
📍 Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.
⚠️ Important
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. In case of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs.
💔 Incidents
If your order arrives damaged or with any issue, please contact us within 48 hours at our email address, including photos of the product and packaging.
