Before production starts, we check that the pattern and spec sheet are consistent and workable, avoiding errors that later multiply across the whole batch.
Pilot sample control
We analyse the first unit produced by the workshop to confirm it meets the agreed design, measurements and finishes before giving the green light for the rest of production.
Batch sample control
We review a representative sample of the final batch, checking seams, finishes, sizing and overall quality before the production reaches you or your customers.

Our experience in artisan sewing and pattern-making lets us spot problems that aren't always obvious at a glance: a poorly reinforced seam, a pattern badly graded across sizes, or a finish that won't hold up to the garment's intended use. What we need to prepare a review
- The technical specification and the version of the pattern being produced.
- An approved sample, if there is one, and the measurements or finishes agreed with the workshop.
- The quantities and sizes in the batch, the production stage and the planned date.
- The issues identified and photographs to help prepare the review.
We agree which pieces will be reviewed and which checks the assignment includes. Reviewing a sample provides information about the pieces examined; it is not an inspection of every unit in the batch or a product certification.

Do you work with workshops outside Spain?
Yes. We can review productions from international workshops based on physical samples sent by mail, as well as assess technical documentation remotely.
How many reviews does the service include?
It depends on the project: it can be a one-off review of the pilot sample, or support across several phases (pattern, pilot and batch sample). We adjust it to what you need.
Can you speak directly with the workshop if issues come up?
Yes, if you prefer we can communicate directly with the workshop to pass on the necessary technical corrections, always coordinated with you.
Is this a one-off service or can it be hired on a recurring basis?
Both options are possible. Many brands start with a one-off review and then decide to keep us on as recurring quality control for every new collection.
