Shopping and made-to-order items

What can I buy in the online shop?

You will find baby clothes and accessories, children's clothing, bags, backpacks, blouses, and party and occasion dresses. Browse the styles and check availability in the online shop. If you are looking for a garment that is not in the catalogue, we can discuss a custom commission.

What is the difference between an item in stock and one made to order?

Items in stock have already been made. Made-to-order items are produced after purchase, for styles that offer this option. Check the availability of your chosen size or variant: if you buy more units than have already been made, part of your order may still need to be produced.

How long does it take to make an item to order?

For shop products that can be made to order, the stated production time is 10–15 working days, excluding shipping time. Check the notice on the product page and in the cart before buying. If you need the item for a specific date, contact us before confirming your order.

Bespoke commissions and projects for brands have their own schedules, agreed according to the work involved.

Can I order a party dress that is out of stock?

Dresses in the party and occasion collection are sold from available stock and are not made to order through the shop. If you are looking for a different design or cannot find your size, we can discuss a bespoke garment as a separate commission.

How do I choose a size or ask about a different fabric or colour?

Check the details of the style and, if you have any questions, send us its link along with your measurements or the change you need. We will confirm the size, fabric or colour options we can offer for that product, as well as the price and timing if you would like it personalised.

Which payment methods do you accept?

For online purchases, you can use the payment methods available at checkout. For a custom commission or a project for a brand, we agree the payment terms as part of the quote.

Pattern making, prototypes and small collections

What is the minimum order for a small collection?

We work from 10 units per style. The breakdown of sizes, colours and materials is agreed for each project. This minimum applies to the production run: you can commission a pattern or prototype before deciding to go into production. See our pattern making and small collections service.

Can I commission just a pattern or a prototype?

Yes. We can develop the pattern, make a single sample or work on both stages. We agree what the quote includes, the planned revisions, and the patterns, samples or documents you need to receive.

How long does a prototype or a small collection take?

As a guide, a prototype can be made in one week and a small collection in one month. This depends on the design, materials, fittings and the atelier's availability. We confirm the schedule when defining the project and take shipping time into account where needed.

Do I need a technical design or a finished pattern?

No. We can start with a sketch, reference photographs or a description of your idea, and we can also review a pattern or sample you already have. Tell us what you have developed and what you still need help with so we can define the remaining work.

What should I send you to request a quote?

Send us design references, the type of garment, the number of styles and the units per style. Include sizes, fabrics and materials if you have already chosen them, your preferred date and the delivery location. Tell us whether you need pattern making, a prototype, production or several stages. If some details are still undecided, we can start with the information available.

Do you work with brands outside Barcelona or Spain?

Yes, we work with local and international clients from Sant Feliu de Codines. Before starting, we agree how to share designs, review samples and organise deliveries. Tell us where you are based so we can discuss coordination and shipping.

Bespoke garments, alterations and transformations

Can I commission a custom garment that is not in the shop?

Yes. We consider commissions for bespoke garments, children's clothing and personalised accessories. Send us your idea, references and the date you need it for; we will agree the design, materials, fittings and quote before confirming the work.

Do you alter garments bought from another shop?

Yes. We assess clothing alterations and adjustments to wedding dresses, party dresses and graduation dresses, even if we did not make them. We need to examine the garment and the adjustment you want before confirming what is possible.

Can you transform a garment I already own?

We can explore changes to the shape, use or details of an existing garment. The possibilities depend on the fabric, its condition, the seams and the material available. Send us photographs and explain what you would like to change; find out more about clothing transformations and upcycling.

How far in advance should I enquire about an alteration or a commission for an event?

Contact us as soon as you have the date and the garment or idea. The timing depends on the work, the fittings needed and the atelier's schedule. We will confirm whether we can meet your date after assessing the commission.

Shipping, tracking and questions about an order

How much does shipping cost and how long does delivery take?

The cost is calculated at checkout according to the destination. Shipping time is separate from the time needed to prepare or make the garments. Check our shipping policy and, if you have a deadline, contact us before buying so we can consider the full timeframe.

Can I buy from outside Spain?

We offer international shipping. Check the options available for your address at checkout and read our shipping policy. If your destination is not listed, contact us before placing an order.

Where can I track my order?

You can use the order tracking page with your tracking number once it is available. If you need help, email us your order number so we can find your purchase.

How do I ask about changing or cancelling an order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check whether it is being prepared, being made or has already been shipped, and explain the options available. Please also read our returns policy.

What should I do if I need to return something or there is a problem with my order?

Read our returns policy and contact us with your order number and the reason for your enquiry. If you have received an item that is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, include photographs so we can review what happened and explain the next steps.
