From a sketch to a sample you can review
We can start with an explained design, a drawing or a reference. We establish the garment type, who it is for and how it will be used. From there, we develop the pattern and first sample, using the intended fabric or a test material suited to the prototype's purpose.
Reviewing the sample lets us check proportions, measurements, freedom of movement and finishes before production. Some designs need several rounds of adjustments. We therefore agree which development work and corrections the quote includes, and which changes would be quoted separately.
Small collections and small-batch production
If you do not need the minimum quantities of a large production run, we can consider a run from 10 units per style. The production minimum is separate from development: you can order a pattern or a single prototype before deciding on production. The mix of sizes, colours and materials is agreed in each proposal.
Before making the batch, we review the reference sample, materials, finishes and quantities with you. Separating initial development from production helps you understand the quote and decide whether your project is ready to move forward.

- Sketches, photographs or a reference garment, and a brief explanation of the project.
- Garment type and intended use; measurements or a size chart if you already have them.
- Number of styles and units per style, with the size and colour breakdown if already decided.
- Planned fabrics and materials, indicating what you would supply.
- Preferred date and delivery country or town.
- Your starting point: an idea, an existing pattern, a sample or an approved design.
If you do not yet have all this information, tell us what you have. The initial assessment also helps identify what is missing before cutting or quoting for the production run. You do not need a fully developed technical project to start the conversation.
Pattern making in Barcelona and working remotely
Our atelier is in Sant Feliu de Codines, and we also work with international brands. We agree how to share documentation, review the sample and coordinate deliveries according to where you work. Transport time and any necessary revisions are taken into account when confirming the date.
