We're not a dry cleaner's doing alterations on the side. We're an atelier that designs and makes its own garments (party dresses, children's clothing), and we bring that same pattern-making know-how to every alteration that comes through the door. Trouser alterations
Trousers are the garment that least often fit as they come off the rack: a standard size rarely gets both the waist and the length right at once. We adjust the hem to the shoes you'll actually wear them with, take in the waist without it showing, and we also work on jeans, keeping the original hem when the customer asks for it — as we explain in more detail in dress trouser alterations.
Dress alterations
A party or wedding dress lives or dies by the centimetre: a badly fitted neckline or a hem that drags on the floor changes the whole garment. Since we design and make our own dress line, we know how a well-built garment should fall on the body, and we apply that same eye when adjusting the waist, bust or length of your dress. Skirt alterations
Pleated skirts need different handling than a straight skirt: every pleat has to stay aligned after the alteration, or the whole effect is lost. We shorten, adjust the waist and restore the original drape on both formal and everyday skirts.
Shirt and blouse alterations
On a dress shirt, millimetres at the collar and cuff make a difference. We adjust shoulders and sleeves when a garment is too loose, take in the body without losing ease of movement, and make sure collars and cuffs keep their shape after the alteration.
Jacket and coat alterations
The shoulders of a jacket are almost never touched; everything else usually is. We handle the overall fit, adjust sleeves and check linings, paying special attention to winter coats, which are heavier and have an inner structure that takes more work per garment — as we detail in jacket and blazer alterations.
Zippers and loose seams
A broken zipper or a loose seam is usually an emergency: it happens the night before an event, or right when it's least convenient. We replace damaged zippers and fix loose seams on any type of garment, from an everyday coat to a party dress. General craft sewing
Not every alteration fits neatly into a category. Missing buttons, loose linings, improvised hems, kids' clothes that outgrew the wardrobe faster than expected: if it can be solved with a needle and thread, we'll take a look.

How much does an alteration cost?
The simplest adjustments start from €8. The final price depends on the type of garment, how complex the change is, and the fabric. If you bring several garments at once (several pairs of trousers, for example), we offer a discount for quantity.
Do you work with any fabric?
Yes, we work with all fabrics, including ones with beading or rhinestones: they can always be adjusted.
How long does a simple alteration take?
The usual turnaround is one week.
Do you take on urgent alterations?
Yes. If you need it by the next day we can make an exception, at a slightly higher cost.
